The Marketing Arm
Visit site: http://www.themarketingarm.com/
Tech Used: Wagtail CMS, django, Python, PostgresSQL, HTML5, Bootstrap, SASS, CSS3, JavaScript
This is a responsive site we created for a marketing agency. I worked mostly on the backend but also helped setup templates on the frontend. I also created a JavaScript class for grabbing form data and submitting it through AJAX which can be used on most forms.
This site gives the client complete access to change all content on the site including the background images and videos. They also have the ability to darken the videos as needed for better visual clarity. The home page is divided up into sections which are actually the main pages for the site. Users can scroll through these sections or click on the arrows to navigate through them. Some of these sections have subpages the user can view.

This was a massive site that we built for Texas while working with IdeaLoop. We also maintained several other sites for them as well. I worked on several things ranging from backend to frontend work. This site was originally done in an older version of Umbraco and the client wanted us to rebuild it as a responsive site.
Designed by SlingShot.
This site is no longer maintained by us.

Tech Used: ASP.Net, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, 3rd Party Service
I didn't have much involvement on this site other than a form I setup for users to request a viewer. I also created a JavaScript class for grabbing form data and submitting it through AJAX. This JavaScript Object (Class) can be reused on most forms and it cuts a lot of the extra work out of creating forms. This same class is used on The Marketing Arm site's forms. This form submits a users address info to a 3rd party service for mailing the viewers to the user.

National Agent Alliance

Tech Used: SugarCRM, PHP, MSSQL, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Just to be clear, I did not help develop the site shown in the screenshot, while working for the National Agent Alliance I worked mostly on internal web applications for their call centers. My job was to retrieve names and contact info from people through a 3rd party mailing list. On my end, this involved scraping emails received for the contact info and storing them in a database for their callers to contact. With this info I created an internal web application for their callers to use and help them keep track of calls made as well as potential Agents.

Johnson City, TN - Chamber of Commerce
Visit site: No longer accessible
Tech Used: PHP, Custom CMS, MySql, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX
The screenshots I took for this site years ago really don't do it justice. This was one of my favorite sites years ago. There are links at the top of the page (cut off in the screen shots) for the user to click on. When clicked data for the new page is retrieved and loaded via AJAX. When the new data is retrieved a mountain in the background rises with the data loaded onto it. All the content on the site is retrieved via AJAX so the full page is only loaded once for the user. We also needed a way for users to bookmark the different pages and this was achieved by using a JavaScript plugin that allowed us to add a path to the hash for the various pages.
I was responsible for all the JavaScript and JQuery for this Web Site, as well as some PHP work. The mountains slide up and down as the different links are clicked. I am pulling content for the pages from a database with jQuery, AJAX, and PHP. The lower section has a crawl that stops as users hover over it and allows them to view an activity by clicking on one of the squares. I am also using a jQuery plugin to switch out the url when different pages are visited so the user can bookmark the page.
